I like to keep my style fluid, change what I do and absorb techniques in my journey. I love discovering new ways of accomplishing what my brain envisions. Some of my best works have been born from total failure. and another observation is that you know what is intended and what isn't. The viewer only sees the finished article and not the building blocks. so I try to take comfort from this when I am being overly objectionable of my own work.

I can find commissions challenging. Sometimes I find that I worry the reality might be jarring and too far removed from the imagined work. On the flip side of this is the challenge, stepping up and putting in the extra effort to make it special, Knowing that someone is putting their trust in your abilities is, in my opinion a massive compliment and I find it really gives me a creative boost that will last weeks sometimes. Also being financially rewarded for your endeavours means that you can top up art supplies and keep the whole circus going!
